What is the Free Play Card?
The Free Play Card offers one complimentary playroom admission for a child up to age 9. It’s our way of welcoming first-time visitors or thanking families who stopped by without booking a session.
Who receives a Free Play Card?
Free Play Cards are given to:
- First-time guests who book an Open Play session
- Walk-in guests who didn’t book ahead but stopped by to check us out
- First-time visitors interested in returning for a future visit
How do I redeem a Free Play Card ?
You must present the physical Free Play Card at the register during check-in to redeem your free session. Digital copies or photos are not accepted.
Can I reserve a time using a Free Play Card?
Yes — to validate the Free Play Card, we require an authorized open tab at the register:
- $20 minimum tab during the week (Mon–Fri)
- $25 minimum tab on weekends (Sat–Sun)
Your tab can be used toward food, drinks, or retail items during your visit.
Can I use more than one Free Play Card at a time?
Only one Free Play Card per child, per visit is allowed. Cards cannot be combined.
Do Free Play Cards expire?
Yes — Free Play Cards are valid for 14 days from the date written on the card. Be sure to plan your visit within that window, as expired cards will not be accepted.
Who can play in the playroom?
Our open‑play sessions are designed for children aged up to 9 years old (from infants at 9 months through 9 years)
Do I need to book in advance?
Yes — tickets must be purchased online in advance. Once time slots sell out, they won’t appear on the site. Please check out our open play session availability for the day below.
What is the session duration and pricing?
Weekday sessions (Mon–Fri) are 90 minutes and cost $20; weekend sessions (Sat–Sun) are 120 minutes and cost $25
Is a waiver required?
Yes — every child must have a signed waiver submitted before booking to be eligible for entry. Please click below to complete your child's wavier before your arrival.
Can I purchase a multi‑visit pass?
Yes! You can buy 5‑ or 10‑visit packs (weekday-only or any-day). These are non‑refundable, have set expiration dates, and include savings off individual tickets.
What are the playroom rules?
- Socks required for kids and adults (available to purchase)
- No food, drinks, or open strollers in the play area
- One adult per child inside (parents must supervise on weekdays; weekend attendants assist)
Is there any age-specific space or restrictions?
Yes — there's a designated infant and toddler area (9 months–2 years) with age-appropriate toys.

Also, the slide and climbing areas are for ages 4 and up only for safety goodlife-cafe.com. Children 9 and older are not allowed during open play hours.
How many kids are allowed per session?
Sessions are capped at 12 children to ensure a safe, fun environment.
What happens if playroom is temporarily closed?
If it's closed for maintenance or upgrades, your session can be rescheduled; however, no refunds are issued.
