Understand the key rules for booking and participating in our play sessions.

• Ticket Policy: Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be canceled under any circumstances. Rescheduling is possible, subject to availability.
• Waiver Requirement: A signed waiver is mandatory for every child before the session. Tickets are valid only if the waiver is completed in advance. 
• Age Guidelines: Open Play Sessions are for children ages 9 months to 8 years old. Children 8 months and under play for free with a open tab hold of $20 ON WEEKDAYS, and $25 ON WEEKENDS. Please select "1 Child (Under 9 Months)" when you book their open play session.
• In-Store Fees: A 3% processing fee applies to in-store reservations. Save by booking online in advance!
• Temporary Closures: Sessions affected by maintenance or upgrades can be rescheduled, but refunds are not issued.
• Additional Fees: Admission purchased at the door includes an additional tax fee.
   

To maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all families:

• All children must have a signed waiver on file before entering the playroom.
• Only one parent or guardian per child is allowed inside the playroom to help manage space and capacity.
• Children ages 4 and up must enjoy the playroom independently — parents are not permitted inside.
• The slide is for children ages 4 and up only for safety reasons.
• We have a designated infant & toddler play area for children ages 9 months to 2 years, with age-appropriate toys and activities.
• Absolutely no food, drinks (including water), or alcohol are permitted inside the play area at any time. This rule is strictly enforced to protect the health and safety of all children.
   

Please note:

• For everyone's comfort, open strollers are not permitted inside the café. Please use the designated stroller parking area outside. (Car seats and wheelchairs are welcome inside!)
• If you have a free play card, we kindly ask that you call or email us ahead of time to make your reservation. This helps us ensure availability and provide you with the best possible experience. We look forward to welcoming you!
• To avoid fees, we recommend purchasing tickets online in advance by clicking our "Book Now!" box above.
• Convenient parking is available in our rear parking lot, and you can enter through either our front or back entrance for easy access.
• Please note that play session reservations do not include a dining table. If you'd like to enjoy food and drinks during your visit, we recommend reserving a table in advance to ensure a comfortable dining experience. For parties of 5 and more!

•  All Open Play sessions must be booked online in advance. Walk-ins are not accepted.
•  Weekday sessions (Tues–Fri) are 90 minutes long.
•  Weekend sessions (Sat–Sun) are 120 minutes long.
•  A 30-minute cleaning break takes place between sessions.
•  One adult per child is included for free.
•  Play sessions are limited to 12 children.
• Children aged 9 and up are not permitted during Open Play hours.
• Socks are mandatory for both kids and adults. Socks are available for purchase in-store if needed.
• Food/Drinks are not included with any play session.
• Playroom attendants are available on Saturdays and Sundays only.
• Weekday Open Play does not include a monitor — parents must supervise their children at all times.

• Play passes are non-transferable and valid for ONE child only.
• Only ONE play session may be used per day.
• Passes may NOT be used during private events or special parties.
• Siblings under 1 year old play FREE with a booked valid open play session.
• Children who are not walking play FREE.
• Must present pass at the register to receive food/merch discounts.
• Unlimited lemonade is available only for the child holding the play pass, not for siblings or family members.
