Dear Guests,

We know you’ve been eagerly waiting, and we’re excited to announce that we’re putting the finishing touches on our slide!

To make this happen, our indoor playroom will be temporarily closed while we complete these exciting upgrades.

Our goal is to create an even more fun, safe, and exciting space for everyone to enjoy. Trust us—it will be worth the wait!

In the meantime, The Good Life Juice Bar & Cafe will remain OPEN during our regular hours. Please refer to our hours of operation.

Our Visit Pass Rules

Passes are valid for 90 Minutes ONLY.
Siblings that are 12 months old or younger do not require the purchase of a ticket but do need a signed waiver.
Children and/or siblings that are ages 7 years old to 17 years old are not allowed in the play space during open play hours.
All accompanying adults must pay for entry and fill out a waiver.
SOCKS REQUIRED for kids and adults. We have socks for purchase just in case.
ADMISSION PURCHASES MADE AT THE DOOR WILL INCUR AN ADDITIONAL $5 SERVICE FEE. TO AVOID FEE, PURCHASE ONLINE IN ADVANCE ABOVE UNDER “BOOK NOW”.

Return and Refund Policy

Welcome to The Good Life Club Haus! We’re thrilled to have you join us for fun and engaging play sessions. Please review the following policies before purchasing your Open Play Session ticket:

Non-Refundable Tickets
All Open Play Session tickets are non-refundable. Once purchased, tickets cannot be canceled or refunded under any circumstances.
Waiver Requirement
A signed waiver is required for every child participating in Open Play Sessions. Tickets are valid only if the waiver is completed prior to the session. Children without a signed waiver will not be permitted to play, and no refunds or rescheduling will be offered.
Rescheduling Policy
While refunds are not available, we understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you based on availability.
Age and Participation Guidelines
- Open Play Sessions are designed for children aged 6 months to 6 years.
- Children under 6 months play for free, and children under 12 months receive discounted pricing.

In-Store Booking Fees
A 3% processing fee applies to all in-store reservations. To save, book your tickets online in advance!
Temporary Closures
In the event of temporary closures for upgrades or maintenance, we will work with you to reschedule your session. Refunds will not be issued.
