Yes. A non-refundable $500 deposit is required to secure your party date. Your balance is due 3 days before the event.

No. All bookings are final, and cancellations are not accepted. Please review our rescheduling policy if your plans change.

Start by submitting an inquiry form HERE to get connected with a party coordinator. They’ll contact you within 48 hours of your submission and assist with any questions and provide the next steps, including submitting a non-refundable deposit that goes toward your total party balance.

This deposit officially secures your selected date and time slot as listed.

Please note: once the deposit request is sent, you’ll have 24 hours to complete it. If it’s not submitted within that window, the date and time may be released and become available to others—though you’re still welcome to choose from the remaining open slots.
