Availability

Booking & Deposit Policy

To reserve your event date and time, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date and will be applied toward your total event balance.
If you need to cancel due to illness or an emergency, we will make every effort to reschedule your event.
If a new date cannot be arranged within one (1) year of the original booking, the deposit will be forfeited.
However, you will not be responsible for any remaining contracted charges beyond the initial deposit.

Experience Policy – Hosting Expectations

At The Good Life, we provide a fully curated, stress-free experience for our clients and their guests.
Our team handles all setup, hosting, coordination, and cleanup.
Clients are expected to simply arrive and enjoy the event — participation in setup, event management, or operational decisions during the event is not permitted.

We operate based on a carefully designed system that ensures a smooth, polished experience.
If you are looking for a hands-on planning or DIY event style, The Good Life may not be the right fit for your needs.
Please ensure you are comfortable with our turnkey hosting model prior to booking.

Outside Food & Drink Policy

To maintain a safe, consistent, and enjoyable experience for all guests, outside food and beverages are strictly prohibited at all events hosted by The Good Life.
All food and drink offerings must be selected through our in-house options as outlined in your package.
This policy is included in your party agreement and strictly enforced.
A surcharge may be applied for any violations of this policy.

Additional Terms

Final guest counts and package selections are due no later than 14 days prior to the event.
Full balance must be paid 14 days before your scheduled event date.
Any changes to your booking must be requested in writing and are subject to availability and approval.
The Good Life reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any material changes affecting their event.
