At The Good Life Clubhaus, we understand that life happens—but due to the nature of our events, all bookings are final and cancellations are not accepted.

• The $500 deposit is non-refundable and required to secure your event date and time.
• No refunds will be issued for any reason once a booking is confirmed.

Rescheduling:

We offer one-time rescheduling with advanced notice, subject to availability:

• Rescheduling 30 or more days before your event:
  A rescheduling fee applies.
• Rescheduling less than 30 days before your event:
  A rescheduling fee applies.

All rescheduled events must take place within 6 months of the original date and are subject to availability. Reschedule requests must be submitted in writing to Info@glclubhaus.com.

By booking your event, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. The Good Life Club Haus reserves the right to retain all payments and deposits in the event of a no-show or failure to reschedule within the allowed timeframe.

The party is not complete without some food for the adults and parents too!

Mini-Simple Life Party:

Make it sweet and simple with a weekday celebration! Our Weekday Party Package is a 1-hour hosted experience that includes 30 minutes of open play followed by 30 minutes for food and cupcakes. Each package includes 8 children (including the Birthday Child) and 16 adults, with the option to add more guests ($35 per additional child, max 10 children / $25 per additional adult, max 22 adults). Enjoy a playful setup with a 6-ft balloon arch, themed plates, cups, and napkins, and in-Haus Theme curated decor—all in our private Playroom and indoor café space. We handle all setup, hosting, and cleanup, so you can just show up and enjoy! No outside food, drinks, vendors, or décor permitted. The outdoor yard is not included with this package and there are no upgrades available for full private facility closure.

Simple Life Party: 

A fun, easy, and stylish weekend celebration! Our Weekend Party Package is a 90-minute hosted event featuring 30 minutes of open play, 30 minutes of entertainment or add-ons, and 30 minutes for food and cupcakes. Each package includes 12 children (including the Birthday Child) and 25 adults, with room to add more guests ($35 per additional child, max 14 children / $25 per additional adult, max 40 adults). Enjoy festive decor with a 10-ft balloon arch, in-Haus curated theme, and themed cups, plates, and napkins. Kids are served 2 cheese pizza pies (32 slices total), juice, and 1 cupcake each (vanilla cake & frosting). Please note: cupcakes are not guaranteed nut-free, but outside nut-free cupcakes may be approved upon request. You’ll have private access to the Playroom and use of our indoor café space (café remains open to the public for takeout and walk-ins). The outdoor yard is not included and this package does not offer full private facility closure. We handle all setup, hosting, and cleanup—no outside food, drinks, vendors, or décor allowed.

Good Life Party:

Our Full Experience Party Package is private, elevated, and completely customized for your little star! This 2-hour celebration includes 30 minutes of open play, 30–60 minutes of entertainment or add-ons, and 30 minutes for food and cupcakes. Each package includes 16 children (including the Birthday Child) and 40 adults, with the option to add more guests ($35 per additional child, max 20 children / $25 per additional adult, max 50 adults). Your party includes a 15-ft balloon arch, themed tableware, customized goodie bags, and party favors to make it truly special. Kids are served 3 cheese pizza pies (48 slices total), juice, and 1 cupcake each (vanilla cake with vanilla frosting). Cupcakes are not guaranteed nut-free—outside nut-free cupcakes may be approved upon request. Enjoy private access to the Playroom and exclusive use of our indoor café space, which remains open for takeout and outdoor dining unless you choose to upgrade. Upgrade available for full venue closure, including private access to the Yard and full café shutdown during your event. We handle all setup, hosting, and cleanup—so you can simply show up, relax, and celebrate. No outside food, drinks, vendors, or décor allowed unless otherwise approved.
